At a worksite located at 3574 Pennsylvania Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards.  A roofer was installing shingles using a nail gun without eye/face protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  At a worksite located at 3574 Pennsylvania Avenue, Kansas City, Missouri:  Employees were exposed to fall hazards.  Roofers were observed installing shingles and working at height.  Roofers were exposed to a fall distance of over 18 feet eave to ground without the use of fall protection.
