29 CFR 1926.753(d)(2)(ii): Hooks with self closing safety latches were not used to prevent components from slipping out of the hook.  (a) At the site, employees were installing a metal I-Beam for an automatic feed system when the safety latch of the hook failed to secure the strap, creating a struck-by hazard, on or about May 20, 2019.
