29 CFR 1926.200(g)(1): Construction areas were not posted with legible traffic signs at points of hazards: (a) On or about August 29, 2019, westside of the jobsite, near the tubular welded scaffold system, where the employer did not provide advance warning to road users that road work (not short-duration or mobile) is taking place or what actions the road user must take to drive through the work zone, thereby exposing employees in the work zone to struck-by hazards.
