29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Job site, 903 Kirkbride Street, Pittsburgh, PA: On or about August 28, 2019, during carpentry type construction activities, the employer did not ensure that employees utilized appropriate fall protection systems/devices where exposed to a fall hazard of up to at least 20 feet.
