29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. (a) On or about August 29, 2019, the employer failed to ensure that the employees wore eye protection while the employees were drilling holes in a concrete floor using an impact drill (Hilti model TE 4 A22).
