29 CFR 1926.451(f)(14): Makeshift devices, such as but not limited to boxes and barrels, were used on top of scaffold platforms to increase the working level height of employees: On or about August 21, 2019, employees were painting the siding from a scissor lift on the exterior of the residential apartments under construction approximately 35 feet high using a two by six board to increase the working height, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
