29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) Fort Collins Lodging, LLC dba The Clarion Inn, 3836 E. Mulberry St., Fort Collins, CO 80524: On or before September 4, 2019 the employer did not ensure that the electrical cord to the sound system in the Jade Room had adequate strain relief to ensure that the cord was not pulling away from the plug. This condition exposes employees to hazards associated with electrical shock.
