(b) 2846 Main Street Suite 3A Morgantown, PA Goodwill store - Employee(s) were exposed to shock from the flexible cord being used instead of fixed wiring powering the lights at the second textile station, on or about September 4, 2019. (c) 2846 Main Street Suite 3a Morgantown, PA Goodwill Store - Employee(s) were exposed to shock from the flexible being used instead of fixed wiring powering the lights at the wares station, on or about September 4, 2019.
