OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by, fall, and/or caught between hazards associated with the installation of prefabricated roof trusses that were not adequately braced.     (a)  On or about August 28, 2019, and at times prior thereto Mussell Construction, Inc. did not ensure its subcontractor protected its employees who were exposed to struck by, fall, and caught-in/between hazards while installing prefabricated 71' 11 3/8" long span roof trusses, where Temporary Installation Restraint/Bracing was not installed properly, and Diagonal Bracing was not installed.    Note-Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item.
