29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(7): Ladder(s) that were unsecured or not provided with slip-resistant feet were used on slippery surfaces: Jobsite, Mashpee, MA: Employer did not ensure that a portable extension ladder was secured. On or about June 21, 2019, an employee sustained soft tissue injuries to thumb, shoulder and knee when the extension ladder the employee was working on slid out.
