29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Route 9, Marmora, NJ; On or about September 3, 2019, three T&T Home Business Construction Corp employees were installing shingles on the steep sloped roof of a new construction commercial structure. The employees were not using fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet to the ground below. T&T Home Business Construction Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1360458, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/10/2019 with respect to a workplace located at 2446/48 Central Ave., Ocean City, NJ.
