29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 1304 Tiger Lily Lane, Lot 101 Cottages on the Greene, Foley, Alabama:  On or about September 4, 2019 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 11 feet 5 inches to the ground below.  THE OLMAN FRANCISCO HERNANDEZ DBA OLMAN FRANCISCO HERNANDEZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1256195, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 26, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 11838 LODGEPOLE CT. SPANISH FORT, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1268245, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 15, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 33733 RUTLAND LANE, SPANISH FORT, ALABAMA AND IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1305866, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 19, 2018, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT LOT 54 RUTLAND LANE, HIGHLAND PARK, SPANISH FORT, ALABAMA.
