29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 1736 Paradise Road, Stone Harbor, NJ: on or about September 3, 2019, three UH Construction Inc. employees were installing cedar roofing shingles on a multi-story single family residence. The workers were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet to the ground below.
