Employees from Teph Seal worked around chemicals used for the truck bed lining process and in the accessories area, chemicals include but were not limited to oils, adhesives, binders and sprays that contain isocyanates. Akins Ford did not provide Tep Seal employees with access to the relevant safety data sheets on or about September 5, 2019.
