29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was four feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On September 3, 2019, subcontractor employees were exposed to the hazard of falling up to six stories while unloading and delivering home appliances through apartment balconies without fall protection.
