29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal, or fall arrest system: a) Jobsite located at 311 West Wildey Street, Philadelphia: Employees working on the roof of a residential building were not provided fall protection; thus exposing employees of falls of approximately 20 feet when working on a low sloped roof. Condition was observed on or about 5 SEP 2019.
