29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency: a) First Floor Area C (West Side): The egress route leading to a designated emergency exit was blocked by a barrier. The employer did not ensure that the egress route leading to an emergency exit was maintained free of obstructions, thus impeding employees safe escape from the building, on or about 9/6/19.
