29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions: a) Back of the house: On or about September 5, 2019, a sub-contractor employee handed materials from the ground to the roof, and another worked on a ladder underneath decking operations, without appropriate personal protective equipment, such as a protective helmet, as referenced by 1926.100.
