29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.:     (a)Vander Haags, Inc. at 1423 East 54th Street North, Sioux Falls, SD 57104: On or about and at times prior to September 6th, 2019, the employer did not ensure that compressed air used for cleaning was reduced to less than 30 p.s.i.  A pneumatic air nozzle was identified in the vehicle maintenance area which was used to clean off vehicle frames prior to maintenance that did not have pressure regulation or chip guarding. The air nozzle had pressure in excess of 120 p.s.i. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards and pulmonary embolism.
