29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On 8/31-9/1, at the job site located at 3378 Hamilton Mill Rd., Buford Ga, roofing employees installed a new roof system on a sloped roof ranging in 2 in 12 to 6 in 12 without the use of fall protection systems.
