At site located on 4600 Dardanelle Drive in Orlando, FL. Employee engaged in the disassembly of a paint booth while standing on top of the booth fell 8 feet to the ground. Employer did not provide training on fall hazard recognition and protection, as observed on or about September 9, 2019.
