In building 10, north wall, where an employee was exposed to caught-by hazards while operating a Mori Seiki brand, CNC lathe, company ID S327, without interlocks to guard the rotating chuck.     b.  In building 10, west end center of the shop, where an employee was exposed to caught-by hazards while operating a Sharp brand, 1660L manual lathe, company ID C119, without a guard to cover the rotating chuck.     c.  In building 10, southwest corner of the shop, where an employee was exposed to caught-by hazards while operating an Ooya brand, RE-2M vertical mill, company ID M409, without a guard to cover the rotating chuck.     d.
