OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to an amputation hazard from a conveyor roller drum: a. At the USA Quartz facility: On or about July 11, 2019, employees cutting or removing excess plastic wrap from stone slabs, while positioned between the polishing table and the transport table conveyors, were exposed to caught-in, and crushed-by hazards.
