29 CFR 1910.1000(a): 29 CFR 1910.1000(a):  The employer shall ensure that no employee is exposed to any substance at a level in excess of the exposure limit given for that substance in Table Z-1 of this standard.     a) An employee who perform sandblasting operations, to prepare metal pieces for powder coating was exposed to Particles Not-Otherwise Regulated (Total Dust) at a Time Weighted Average (TWA) of 156 milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m3), 10 times the permissible exposure limit of 15.0 mg/m3. The sampling was performed for 103 minutes during one shift on September 11, 2019.    b) An employee who perform sandblasting operations, to prepare metal pieces for powder coating was exposed to Particles Not-Otherwise Regulated (Respirable Fraction) at a Time Weighted Average (TWA) of 6.9 milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m3), 1.4 times the permissible exposure limit of 5.0 mg/m3. The sampling was performed for 103 minutes during one shift on September 11, 2019.    c) An employee who perform powder coating operations, was exposed to Particles Not-Otherwise Regulated (Total Dust) at a Time Weighted Average (TWA) of 42.7 milligrams per cubic meter (mg/m3), 2.8 times the permissible exposure limit of 15.0 mg/m3. The sampling was performed for 300 minutes during one shift on September 11, 2019.
