29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about 9/6/19, during residential siding, soffit and trimming activities, located at 25248 Lake Road in Bay Village, Ohio, the employer failed to ensure that employees installing trim on the exterior of the residential structure from the Genie S-65 aerial lift, were provided and utilized a body belt and lanyard, or a PFAS harness and lanyard. The fall height was about eighteen feet (18').
