29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows:    On September 10, 2019, located on the south side of a new construction home, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while laying brick from a tubular welded frame scaffold which was not fully planked in that the scaffold working platform was only planked one plank wide leaving an approximate 8 inch section of the work platform unplanked. Potential fall height measured to be over 11 feet.

On September 10, 2019, on the south side of a new construction home, employees were exposed to a fall hazard while laying brick from a tubular welded frame scaffold in that employees were working from the east side of the scaffold which extended beyond the wall of the home and no guardrail system was installed. Potential fall height was measured to be over 11 feet.
