29 CFR 1917.43(c)(5): Powered industrial trucks (PITs) were not maintained in safe working order:    a) Alabama State Port Authority/SEAONUS (Vessel: Green Magic); On or about September 05, 2019, and at times prior; the employer did not ensure that the HYSTER Fortis Lift Truck (Model: H60FT; Serial No. L177V03932G), which was in need of repair due to a defective horn, was taken out of service until it had been restored to safe operating condition; exposing employees to struck-by and crush-by hazards during stevedoring operations.
