29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(8): Stairrail systems and handrails were not so surfaced as to prevent injury to employees from punctures or lacerations, and to prevent snagging of clothing: Instances including, but not limited to, the following: a) Job site, Undetermined Address Near Parade Street, Cranberry, PA: On or about September 5, 2019, during construction work, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injuries on stairway handrails located between the 1st and 2nd floor, in that the handrails were full of sharp splintery projections/areas.
