29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(E): Lamps used in temporary wiring for general illumination were not protected from accidental contact or breakage: (a) 1360 Old Roswell Road: On or about September 6, 2019, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards in that, lamps in the hallway was not adequately protected from accidental breakage while contractors were accessing the staircase to install wallpaper.
