Employees were in the process of nailing down roofing materials, using a pneumatic air gun, without the use of eye protection, on or about 09/11/19.

Parkside at Suwannee Town Center, 3860 Trevi Lane, Lot #65, Suwanee, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. The employees were not utilizing a means of fall protection while working and walking approximately 34 feet above ground level, installing a new roof on the three story townhome units, on or about 09/11/19.

Employees were using 36' extension ladder that did not extend 3 feet above the upper landing while accessing the ladder to get up and down from the elevated working surface of the residential home, on or about 09/11/19.
