29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about September 11, 2019, in the garage area of a new firehouse under construction located at 276 SE Delano Road in Port Saint Lucie, Florida, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet - 9 inches when performing carpentry work from the basket of an aerial lift while not being protected from falling from the basket.
