29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure:   A) Job site, on or about September 6, 2019, and or times prior to, employees were erecting roof rafters from a 2 x 8 board without the use of fall protection equipment, exposing employees to a fall hazard of 12 feet.
