29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  A) 6 Minneakoning Rd Flemington, NJ 08822  Five employees were exposed to fall hazards of 25ft 8inches with no fall protection, while engaged in commercial roofing work.  Occurred on or about 08/01/19  The Tyler Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1205351, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/24/17with respect to a workplace located at 335 Nassau St Princeton, NJ 08540.
