Violation occurred on or about 08/27/19.    b) Subcontractor employees framing and installing trusses in close proximity to an unprotected edge were not adequately using a fall protection system and were exposed to a fall of up approximately 10 feet to the ground below.    Violation occurred on or about 08/27/19.    c) Subcontractor employees performed construction activities on a roof surface without adequate means of fall protection. Worker were exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet or more.    Violation occurred on or about 08/27/19.
