29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer did not submit to the Agency documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required. On or about October 24, 2019, abatement documentation was not submitted for the following citation issued to the employer on September 27, 2019; 1. Citation 1, Item, 1: 29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(I)(B): When an unqualified person is working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person may not bring any conductive object closer to unguarded, energized lines than the distance given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section: Location: 83 Ward St. Revere, MA On or about 09/09/2019, the boom and basket of the Genie, model S-85 articulating boom lift were raised up and parked approximately 83-inches away from a 13,000-volt overhead power line and exposed the operator and employees working from the ground to arc flash and electrocution hazards.
