29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B): When an unqualified person is working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person may not bring any conductive object closer to unguarded, energized lines than the distance given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section: Location: 83 Ward St. Revere, MA On or about 09/09/2019, the boom and basket of the Genie, model S-85 articulating boom lift were approximately 83-inches away from a 13,000-volt overhead power line and exposed the operator to arc flash and electrocution hazards.
