29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure: a) Job site, Undetermined Address Near Parade Street, Cranberry, PA: On or about September 5, 2019, during construction work, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards of at least 7 1/2 feet in that wall stud openings were determined to be at least 22 1/2 inches wide and at least 5 feet tall.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(8): Stairrail systems and handrails were not so surfaced as to prevent injury to employees from punctures or lacerations, and to prevent snagging of clothing: Instances including, but not limited to, the following: a) Job site, Undetermined Address Near Parade Street, Cranberry, PA: On or about September 5, 2019, during construction work, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injuries on stairway handrails located between the 2nd and 3rd floor in that the handrails were full of sharp splintery projections/areas, and in some places staples were also present.
