OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):     The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees    On or about September 9, 2019 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to amputation hazards while operating meat-cutting band saws.    Among feasible and acceptable means of abatement would be when the size of the cut of meat is insufficient to give the meat cutter 6 inches of space from the blade as indicated by the mark on the pusher rail, the meat cutter will use the pusher plate or some other effective method starting at the location marked on the pusher rail to protect the meat cutter's body parts.
