29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(7): Ladder(s) were used on slippery surfaces without being appropriately secured or provided with slip-resistant feet to prevent accidental displacement: Worksite: The ladder used by an employee to gain access to a work area to clean debris off an abutment was neither appropriately secured nor provided with slip-resistant feet to prevent accidental displacement. On or about September 6, 2019, the ladder was displaced while the employee was performing the above task, and the employee fell approximately 10 feet to the concrete sidewalk, sustaining minor injuries.
