On or about September 12, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees working on the ground, below roofing activities, were not wearing hard hats to protect against falling materials and debris.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.    a.  On or about September 12, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing employees to the hazards associated with eye injuries.

On or about September 12, 2019, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, twenty (20) feet above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
