29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about September 13, 2019, on the south side of the worksite, Employees were utilizing a Genie S-40 aerial lift without the use of fall protection to install a vapor barrier on the façade. Construction Specialists LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection #1321480, citation 1 item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 17, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at 9977 Florida Blvd Baton, Rouge, LA 70815.
