29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.          a) Interior of Building - 2nd Floor Deck: Employees were exposed to eye injury while engaged in framing activities without the use of eye or face protection, on or about 9/13/19.  Leo Contractors LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1320146, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/7/18, with respect to a workplace located at 876 Main St., Paterson NJ.
