29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a. On or about September 14, 2019, The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on September 14, 2019, employees setting trusses on a residential 2-story structure at 931 Merganser Dr., Lot 3210, Crestview, FL, were not protected from a 9-feet 5-inches fall hazard by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  b. On or about September 17, 2019, The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on September 14, 2019, employees setting exterior walls on a residential 2-story structure at 931 Merganser Dr., Lot 3210, Crestview, FL, were not protected from a 9-feet 5-inches fall hazard by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.   RSI Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1113686, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 22, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 4125 South Fork Ranch Road, Waco, TX 76705.
