29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  (a) Construction site - On or about September 13, 2019, employees performing framing operations on a roof at heights exceeding 6 feet above the ground were not provided a means of fall protection, exposing them to fall hazards.

(a) Construction site- On or about September 13, 2019 employees working with pneumatic nail guns did not wear eye protection. Employees were exposed to hazards associated with eye injuries.
