OSH ACT of 1970 Section 5(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to caught between and struck-by hazards from rolling pipes. a. At the I-4 construction site at the corner of W Robinson St. and N Hughey Ave. in Orlando, FL, on or about September 13, 2019, employees were standing within a 15 foot radius of the pile driving crane and a stack of unsecured pipes on a sloped area weighing 7,000 pounds each, exposing employees to being caught between and struck-by the pipes and crane.
