29 CFR 1910.101(b): "Compressed gases." The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks was not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which was incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6. The Section 3.3.1 of the CGA Pamphlet P-1-1965 refers to storing cylinders in accordance with CGA and NFPA standards. The Section 3.7.4.1 states "The compressed gas cylinders in service or in storage shall be secured to prevent them from falling":  Laboratory: The Compressed gas cylinder (UN 3156) containing Biologicals Atmosphere Mixture used for cultures containing Carbon dioxide and balance oxygen was not secured.
