With the lack of a specified procedure to enter the barricaded area around the crane, the victim entered a blind spot area of the crane operator.  The victim started with the company on 09/09/2019 and received a fatal crushing injury on 09/17/2019.  The 9310 American crawler crane (S/N: GS19990) swung around during its operation(s) and the victim was crushed between the cranes track and superstructure.
