29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment.    A) 271 Circle Drive North Piscataway, NJ 08854    Instance A) The electrical panel in the front of the warehouse by the office did not have free and clear access. The panel was blocked by pallets, storage bins, and other miscellaneous materials.    Instance B) The electrical panel in the back of the warehouse did not have free and clear access. The panel was blocked with materials such as ladders, rolling racks, and metal racking components.    Hazard observed on or about 09/16/19
