29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket while working from an aerial lift. a) On September 10, 2019, an employee was exposed to the hazard of falling approximately 15 feet from an Aherns Boom Lift aerial lift platform because a full body harness was not worn with a lanyard attached to the boom or basket while working from the aerial lift. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
