29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or step of a stepladder was used as a step: (a) 166 Despina Drive Mechanicsburg, PA - An employee was standing on the top step of a Werner M17 telescoping multiladder, which was set up in a step ladder configuration with seven rungs on each side, to gain access to the building fascia board, on or about September 10, 2019. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
